Chiropractor made me cry…

I had this throbbing neck and toe pain for a long time, it has been giving me losa problem.

I cannot sleep well and whenever it rains, I will feel like cutting my right toe off! Thanks to Sheepgirl Ong, I decide to go for treatment with a Chiropractor. At first he sounded like he wanted to cheat my $ and too good to be true, however, he really can perform magic! I woke up the next day feeling so much better.

Why he made me cried? The treatment is not pain nor unconfortable. In fact the Doc asked about how i injured my right toe? Actually, this old injury came from Joe, my buddy… He stepped on me for like 100times. He used to jumped on me everytime I go home, being happy to see me he would jump on me and funny how, he managed to land on my RIGHT TOE most of the time!

Just while the chiro was treating my toe, he asked me to imagine Joe jumping on me… after the session, on my way home.. I keep thinking about Joe, yes I missed you and how I wished you can jump on me again like before…. how have you been my buddy…

Long time no write!

I have never work so much, so hard in my life! I forgot how many events I have had handled/done for the past 3mths! Twice to HK, once to Shanghai, once to Korea. First 2mths in my new job, I have accummulated $3.5K worth of staff claims, break my personal record of my cell phone bill of $1.8K, sick for numerous times (and still sick). I cannot believe it myself.

Honestly I do kinda of enjoy this for some moments, but do I really want this? Maybe ideally speading out the events would be a lot nicer to me and my lovely colleagues! I am so looking forward for Nov come… hopefully it will mark the end of my never ending projects for this year so I can steal some time to rest and get this old fat body into shape! Ah Ong, we really have to hit the gym every week!

Life has been unkind to you that you are constantly fighting against diseases and pain. I pray that you be taken to somewhere nice full of toys, joy and happniess. You have been such a good pal and we will always remember you. Rest well, boy… Rest in peace…

I think I don’t have to explain myself further… Notice board? Signage board? Whatever board? ALL not effective! only a fine is… sad… when will we ever learn?

It does not pay to be kind

Sometime last week, me and Kenny were watching TV at home. We heard a loud “MEOW!!!!!” (sounds like someone is torturing the cat) so I quickly ran out and take a look.

Thinking that might be some psycho or serial cat killer on loose, but to find that its actually a male cat on heat attempting to r@pe a female cat. So I did the most heroine thing, chase the male cat away.

The kitty seems to be know and show her gratitute by hanging around with me and rubbing her body against my feet and lying beside my feet, so I thought she is happy so I started sayanging her. I stroke her for about 3mins and suddenly she turn and bite me! OMG!

Another  lesson learned, It does not pay to be kind! 他妈的.. Angry. (-_-”‘)

Sng Pau

Yes, Sng pau! For the longest time I have been fighting within myself whether to buy one to eat and I didnt win the battle!

I eventually bought one and have it, it makes me feels like a kid again! Those childhood memories… Living in a kampong, having running about without shoes, catching guppies from the big kennel, eating rambutan straight from the tree! OMG I miss those days.

As you can see,  Kenny is not very impressed at all!

Mika is different everyday

Kids grow up real fast and he is looking different everytime i see him… so cute. Yoda no more!

My New found love

Wen wen recently intro me to this new place at Portsdown. I have been to Portsdown many many times, but have not explore that part of the area. Been down to Coldbar many times for dinner.

Laurent Bernand, very good place go chill out during a Sunday morning with someone you love, a cup of Hazelnut hot chocolate, a nice cake, a cigie and a book!  ooooOOoo I been going there for many weekends! Of coz there is high price to pay… Your waistline!

Welcome on Board!

Well.. there is a new family on board!! Mika Wong. Okay, don’t get excited, the baby is not mine.

My sis in law given birth to a baby boy last night! I thought he look really cute! But Kenny gave me a funny look when he saw the pic and commented that he looks like Yoda!! very bad of him!! hahaha But i tot its quite funny!
